Hailed as “every inch the hero in stature and voice” (Classical Voice North America), award-winning American tenor John Riesen is consistently impressing audiences with his "impassioned...and vibrant" voice (Opera Today). John’s growing career boasts a variety of roles in which he excels and includes significant work in opera, musical theatre, studio recording, and concert. He has released over 130 studio recordings, that have reached over 10 million streams on Spotify and Apple Music. John is a Founder and the CTO for Emitha LLC, and has helped pave the way for other artists to achieve over 1 BILLION streams on Spotify, over 100 million on Youtube, and is paving the way for the modern musician on digital platforms. He is also an associate producer on the Grammy-Nominated project The Impossible Dream

John is also passionate about giving back to his community, and has been involved in both educational and charitable events for many years. He has also performed over 500 outreach and educational performances for ages 4 - adult.

John has much experience in giving master classes to young people and singing multifaced concerts that enthrall audiences. He also desires to share his experience and knowledge of all the facets of the music industry (business of the business, networking, auditions, agents, performance details, social media, digital marketing, young artist programs, practical application outside the music world, etc.) accrued over the past 15 years.
